Creating a Safe & Collaborative Family Environment

You want a spirit of collaboration and ideally harmony as an evolving family dynamic, especially as your children step into, or are approaching, early adulthood. And in getting there, you want a trusting and open environment with evidence of healthy accountability, transparency, authenticity, and connection.
You want to be able to say, "this is a high functioning family: with: ‍

• The ability to create safe spaces to discuss key issues.
• Ability to navigate difficult or emotional issues in a healthy way.
• High degree of self-awareness and commitment to growth.
• Clear expectations for group behaviors and interactions.
• Commitment to stretch towards each other.

Bringing Forum into Families is a blend of interactive exercises, engaging prompts, light teaching, and group sharing. Families will have an opportunity to connect in a "forum-like" environment to have open, vulnerable, and collaborative family discussions (e.g., areas of celebration/appreciation, our wants/desires, and possible growth areas).
